Product marketing & growth for Matcha, 0x's DEX aggregator.
What I did
- Built a long-term marketing strategy around real user needs.
- Planned and shipped 150+ pieces across explainers, launch posts, and tutorials, and built video strategy from the ground up.
- Led go-to-market for new networks and core product updates across all media types and channels.
Outcomes
- 10x organic traffic growth over roughly 24 months.
- Blog became a primary driver (60%+) of app traffic and sign-ups.
- Strong search coverage for key DeFi and DEX queries.
Trezor: Reframing hardware wallets for humans

What I did
- Developed a brand voice focused on real users with a playbook still used today.
- Led a content program of hundreds of security, privacy, and self-custody pieces.
- Kickstarted educational video series, newsletter strategy, and performance campaigns resulting in highest growth period in 10+ years.

- Clearer positioning across site, blog, and product UX.
- Ongoing stream of security education that users and media can actually understand.
Early crypto, AI & data work
Before 0x and Trezor, I worked with international PR for brands such as Snowflake, Dropbox, Microsoft and more, and early-stage projects to develop positioning, content, and go-to-market strategies; including a hybrid ML/data/crypto startup and several ICO-era products.
That mix of scrappy data-backed experimentation and long-term thinking shows up in everything I do now.
